Special tariffs and pet information!
  • CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FEE. All card transactions are processed through Paypal and will be charged a fee of 2% of the total holiday cost. [The refundable damage deposit is excluded from fee.]
  • Outside of peak times special tariffs can be arranged for long-term stays of four weeks or more.
  • #Christmas and New Year weeks in 2008 commence and end Saturday.
  • One well-behaved pet is welcome at £20 per week or £10 per short break. More pets may be accommodated by arrangement. Except by prior arrangement dogs should not be left alone in the property to prevent any noise disturbance to neighbours. Owners must clean up after their dogs to ensure a safe and healthy environment for children. Pets are not allowed on furniture.
  • **Permits are offered from Good Friday to end of October whilst there are time restrictions imposed on curbside parking in the Lynmouth area. If more than the free allocation of car parking permits is required, an additional permit may be purchased by arrangement at £15 per week or part thereof. A parking permit entitles the holder to use any long stay car park in the area, with no time limit, free of charge. For the remainder of the year there is unrestricted street parking so no permits are offered.
  • Highchairs are available free of charge – please order these at time of booking.
  • Towels can be made available at £7 per bale – please book in advance.
  • Short breaks for this property are available on a last minute basis. See below and also see availability.
