The advantage of a ground floor is being able to wander outside, with your lounger, and laze on the terrace, or in the garden, or walk just a few paces to the swimming pool. If you are a golfer it also makes your life easier - no lugging your golf clubs upstairs, or in and out of lifts!

This apartment has a spacious lounge with three 2-seater leather sofas for your comfort. There is a digital colour TV offering freeview channels such as BBC and ITV together with a DVD/CD player and a good selection of DVDs and CDs to enjoy when you don't want to go out!

With full air conditioning and central heating throughout the property, including the bedrooms, you can keep cool in summer and warm as toast in winter. Both of the bedrooms can be configured as either a large superking or two singles. You will find an easy to use safe in the main bedroom and a radio/alarm clock.

The shower room has a basin, w.c., bidet and a customised roomy walk-in shower.

The kitchen is fully self catered with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses. It includes a modern electric kettle, electric hob and oven, large fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also an iron and ironing board.

The spacious terrace can be enclosed by glass curtains so that al fresco dining can be enjoyed throughout the year.

Whilst there is plenty of parking outside, we also have an underground garage with parking for one car - this keeps the car cool in the summer months!

INTERNET
We now have a free internet facility of 3mg via cable which is provided, however service cannot be guaranteed at all times. There is also an internet facility at the Hacienda golf club, and Sucina has its own internet office.
