The lounge has three 2-seater leather sofas. There is a digital colour
TV with DVD/CD player, together with a number of DVDs and CDs. There is full air conditioning and central
heating throughout the property. From the lounge you can walk out onto the terrace and garden to the pool. |

The terrace overlooks
the fabulous infinity-style communal swimming pool and the 15th
fairway.
There are two lightweight sunloungers which you may use on the terrace, or the garden or take a few steps down to the pool. The terrace also has the luxury of glass curtains so it can be enclosed for use in the winter months. We are also getting a sofa on the terrace so you can relax and watch the golf.

A bale of towels for
each person is included in the rental and there is a heated towel rail in
the shower room. A hairdryer is provided.
The kitchen is fully self catered with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses. It includes a modern electric kettle. It has an electric hob and oven, a large fridge/freezer, a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is also an iron and ironing board. You will find an easy to use safe in the main bedroom and a radio/alarm clock.
Both bedrooms are fully air conditioned and can be configured as either two twin beds or six foot superkings.
