HARBOUR POINT, Lynmouth

A stunning seafront Victorian property, with octagonal turret,  Harbour Point in Lynmouth offers the visitor self-catering holiday accommodation on the Exmoor coast. It has three double bedrooms, each en suite, and all rooms have stunning views over the sea and harbour and of beautiful Countisbury Hill from the balcony [see picture below].

Bustling during the day and quiet at night, Lynmouth has two pubs, restaurants and shops.

Accommodation

With its distinctive octagonal turret, Harbour Point cannot be mistaken. Arranged on four floors, Harbour Point offers flexible and spacious accommodation, sleeping up to eight people - and ALL rooms have sea views. This Victorian property is fully modernised with double glazing and has been refurbished to a high standard.

The ground floor entrance hall is ideal for storing coats and boots. 

The lounge and dining area on the first floor enjoy spectacular views of the sea. There is also a double bed settee. There is a colour TV/DVD with video and a CD/tape/radio player. 

A roomy kitchen offers ideal self catering facilities, with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine/dryer and a magnificent double gas cooker.

There is also a  wc and washbasin on this floor.

Bedrooms

The next flight of stairs takes you to two bedrooms, both en suite with shower, pedestal handbasin and wc. Both bedrooms have twin beds which can be configured as super king size doubles.

The first bedroom [Balcony Room] has its own balcony with commanding views of the sea and harbour. The second bedroom [Gold Room] also has lovely sea and harbour views.

On the fourth floor, with magnificent views of the sea , is the octagonal turret with its 4-poster bed [Turret Room]. It has four different aspect windows offering panoramic views of the sea, the harbour, Countisbury Hill and the village of Lynmouth . There is also a  pedestal handbasin, a Victorian-type slipper bath [in restricted space] and a separate ensuite wc.
