Stunning rural farmhouse with seven acres and stunning far reaching, mountain views

The spacious lounge has three sofas for your comfort.  This 200 year old farmhouse has thick walls and double glazing to ensure you keep cool even at the height of summer. In winter you will be warm as toast with full central heating and a log fire!
 

Walk gently down the roman steps into the private swimming pool, overlooked by the terrace and balcony - but no neighbours!

Whilst the farmhouse enjoys complete privacy, you are only a kilometre from the local village, El Canton, with two spanish restaurant/bars to choose from.

Just over two kilometers away is the restaurant/bar at Babarroja, frequented by the Brits in this area.

You also have a choice of some fabulous restaurants and cafes in the many villages in our beautiful valley.

 

The views from the house are stunning yet it is not in the mountains! It is located near El Canton in the valley overlooking the Sierra de Cofer. This gives you the advantage of great views, yet at a low altitude, with usually very mild winters.

The farmhouse is surrounded by its own seven acres of vines, olive trees and almond trees.

The photograph on the left shows the view from the balcony just off the main bedroom. This was taken early in the year when the vines are pruned and the almond trees are not yet in leaf but are full of pale pink blossom.

Enjoy breakfast looking out at the mountains and endless countryside!

There are four bedrooms. Two have superking size beds, one has a double and one has twin beds. Three bedrooms are upstairs, the twin bedded room is on the ground floor.

The bedroom pictured left is the main bedroom with ensuite shower room and french doors opening out onto a huge balcony.

Imagine having your breakfast looking out over the valley and mountains!

There is one family bathroom, with bath and shower over, basin, w.c. and bidet. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower room with shower, basin and w.c. In addition there is a cloakroom downstairs which also has a shower, basin and w.c.

A bale of towels for each person is included in the rental and there is a  hairdryer is provided.

 

 

        

 

The kitchen is fully self catered with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses.

It includes a modern electric kettle. It has a gas hob and oven, a large fridge and chest freezer, a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.

There is also an iron and ironing board.

In addition there is a dining room and spacious courtyard so you can choose where to eat and relax, whatever the weather.

Payment Details

  1. non refundable deposit of 25%
  2. The remaining 75% balance of the holiday plus £100 refundable damage deposit will be payable six weeks prior to your  departure date. 
  3. If your holiday booking is made within six weeks of your departure then the full balance of the holiday plus £100 refundable damage deposit will be payable by return.
  4. Payments can be made by either cheque, postal order or bank transfer.  Paypal can be used for those wishing to pay by credit card with an additional 3%  fee. Please note that confirmation of payment will be issued upon clearance of funds.
